We built our own Mac and cheese, and it was fantastic! Cheddar cheese, green onions, roasted mushrooms and red pepper - it's probably the best Mac and cheese I have had!

gluten-free pasta was pasty and the vegan sauce only had one thing going for it, garlic. I'll continue to make my own vegan gluten-free Mac n cheese. I really wouldn't recommend keeping this on your menu.
