I ordered beef tongue and i think the grill they used was not clean as there were black bits on the beef tongue. Its also a thick cut of beef tongue and not thin like the picture. All the sushi was seared. It was okay. The hashbrown was very oily. The panna cotta was good but very small.

The rice bowls are mediocre, everything tastes bland and its just not worth the price in my opinion, will not order again.
