AMAZING! Fresh and cooked to order upon arrival! Hands down THE best Haitian food in Port Saint Lucie. The owners are welcoming and very thorough. Beautiful hefty portions and piping hot food everytime! 10/10

food was good,well seasoned, spicy which is my preference. we loved the Kibby ! but Akra could have been a bit more crispy. didnt like the marinades but then again as a grown up I generally don't care for marinad anymore. smaller portions compared to other Haitian restaurants but I'll take smaller portions over bland tasting food. I'll definitely try again!

Food was just ok. We had the Legume and Stew Chicken. The food was served with a dinner roll alongside the plantains which is not a typical side for Haitian food. There are better options for Haitian Food with good flavor
The Legume:
Pros-
None to think of maybe the packaging was done well which prevented leaking from the container in transit
Cons-
-was acidic and had the grease smell to it that it gets when its starting to get old.
-Diri Djon Djon was requested in the notes but received rice and beans
-Rice and beans didnt really have flavor
Stew Chicken:
Pros-
-no complaints with the actual stew chicken other than the onions not cooking long enough in the sauce-
-the chicken had a good flavor from the sauce as well
Cons-
-the white rice and bean sauce were disappointing however
-the sos pwa (bean sauce) is not like the typical sos pwa.. it didnt have the thickness or depth of flavor that normal pwa has-- it tasted and looked like it was just the canned black bean sauce and they added salt and cloves to the sauce to make the sauce (which again is not how you make sos pwa)
-the white rice was cooked too long and it was more on the mushy side which when combined with the very watery “sos pwa” made for a mushy bite of food

The turkey was perfectly fried, very tasty. The rice is tasty. Plaintain still fresh when it got to me. The sauce and piklis also tasty. I may skip the salad, though it makes for a very pretty plating. I appreciated everything so much when I got my first order, that I immediately ordered again not more than 30 minutes after. Please never change. I am looking forward to trying the lalo next.

So delicious! I prefer this spot than the Haitian spot thats 5 min away from me. The food was so good. I ended up having leftovers because it was a lot! Which means I have leftovers for dinner!! :) thank you for a well cooked meal
