• 5/3/23that pineapple Ginger is the truth!! very authentic, very Jamaican of them! please never change the ingredients! the stew peas was delicious as well and I always get the food hot even though it's traveling from far. I don't know how they do it and it is a little bit pricey but it's well worth the money

• 6/8/24JERK island had called me, explaining that their Rice & Peas was not ready for at least 40mins; & if I would like to substitute for something else. I said sure. well Dish Dashers let me tell yall THIS FOOD WAS DISGUSTING I WANTED TO SCREAM. THE Oxtail & Beans with Oil Oil & TOUGH ,NO GRAVY NO LAMME BEANS NO THICK GRAVY TO MAKE THE TAILS COME TOGETHER FOR $32.00. OH NOT TO MENTION THE PINEAPPLE GINGER WAS🤢🤮

• 18/5/24Curried Shrimp tasted amazing, had a very nice spice. Rice and peas was good but they give you too much of it. Jerk Chicken was very good, had a nice flavor however it's a little hard/burnt. Overall will order from this place again.

• 11/6/25I usually love island shack but I ordered curry goat and roti, the roti was clearly microwaved to warm up because it was pipping hot on the inside and the outside got hard as a rock , goat was barely meat and 2 pieces of potato for $17! Very disappointing, if you don't have enough or fresh food just don't sell it!

• 28/6/23Lemonade was too sweet and had an after taste. The Ackee & Saltfish was too salty and not flavorful. I noticed that my order was not confirmed, had to call them. I was told that their phone was not working so they could not call me. Also I had ordered the kidney breakfast but was told they were not cooking that today. So I changed it to the Ackee & Saltfish . The large looked like a medium. Not happy!!
