I decided to try something new, and this food truck didn’t disappoint. My food was fresh, flavorful, and reasonably priced. I was disappointed that they ran out of Mac and cheese bombs, but the substitute birria egg rolls were a nice addition. I’ll definitely be returning, and my favorite dish was the birria fries. Jay’s is our go-to spot for last-minute late-night cravings. They consistently deliver delicious flavors and generous portions. The pick-up order process is seamless.
One of their must-try dishes is the mac and cheese balls and birria fries.
This time, we tried the birria quesadilla, which was okay. However, the quesabirria tacos are a must-try. They’re even tastier than the birria quesadilla and will definitely be on our next order.

The best birria 2 Hot Cheeto Bombs ever! I always order from here the only thing im disappointed about is the size of the balls they used to be way bigger same for the size of the sauce and cheese i feel like if the balls are getting smaller the price should lower as well other than that the food is always bomb!

I went with the hot Cheeto bomb and birria tacos. You get the hearty, meaty tacos with good consome alongside the crunchy and flavorful Cheeto bombs. I will be going back for more. The flavor was fire shout out to Jays cocina!
