I ordered Chicken pan pie, mashed potatoes & broccoli w/cheese. All was very good!! Giving. 4 stars because the portion sizes were WAY OFF!!!! It looked like I might got half of what they give you in restaurant! Prices were the same too!

Well most disappointing order I've ever gotten from here , cghicken fingers literally dripping with grease and not done all the way, my dog wouldn't even eat them. Threw them out and the side of Cole slaw was in a tarter sauce container FOR 2.39???? All I can say is the quality and quantity since bought out has tremendously been gone down used to be my favorite place sadly probably my last order.

Macaroni & Cheese wasn't baked properly and only received one slice of turkey. Very disappointing.

I would like to think that everyone in the food industry, knows not to put fried food in a container without using parchment paper. So, not only an I eating, but it holds so much cooking oil! For what I've paid, providing one piece of chicken that barely had meat on it, is a hard no! My chicken was wet from the cabbage that should've been in a separate container to avoid that! I almost broke teeth on how hard it was fried! The food was good, however! But presentation and preparation is why I gave 3 stars!

i've always enjoyed cafeterias but was not impressed with this K&W. i have been pining for a buttered coconut pie slice & thus ordered two but they had the texture AND TASTE OF stale. the vegetables i ordered were "out" but no discount for that. Fried chicken breast was dry, dry, dry ... could not eat. (and veggies with it were 'out" as well.) Will not be trying again.
