Reason for four stars instead of five: only four potstickers came in the order, which seemed like too few for $10.
Despite the small portion, the potstickers were quite good and flavorful. The same can be said for the ramen, which had a very good portion size. The red salt was a very interesting flavor, maybe a little too strong but oh so delicious. The pork came in a giant piece, which thrilled me, and the eggs were seasoned extremely well. I got an extra egg, but I wish I had gotten six more after tasting them. Overall I would recommend.

The Miso Ramen was barely either of those things? The noodles were thin vermicelli noodles? I'm honestly baffled at how it was advertised as "Ramen" and the noodles weren't even right! The broth strangely smelled more like cumin than anything else. The pork serving size was actually very nice, however it was tough and chewy and dry.
I recommend the owner please re-evaluate your ingredients and what you're willing to serve people.

The chicken was not fresh and was straightup prepackaged grilled chicken tenders. The broth was also pretty lacking in depth but overall good. The noodles and other toppings were the best part very good noods and tops

Food was meh. Packaging burst open in transit due to ill-fitting lids but was still edible. BYO ramen with spicy miso + chili oil tasted genuinely gross. Edamame and bamboo shoots were undercooked.

The tofu was plain. Tasted nothing like ramen, it tasted like the grossest chicken noodle soup of your life
