GENERALS TAO'S CHICKEN IS SO TENDER AND DELICIOUS AND YOU CAN GET IT AS SPICY OR NON SPICY AS YOU WANT. ALSO THE SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN HAS A TASTE YOU JUST CAN'T PUT DOWN. THE FOOD ALWAYS COMES NICE AND HOT AND IS VERY ECONOMICAL AS WELL, SO COME ON AND JUMP RIGHT ON IN AND GET YOURS TODAY. ENJOY

The prawns were delicious, even though the lemon I asked for wasn't included. They were a bit greasy but it was fresh, so not too bad.
The Mongolia beef - the sauce was VERY watery and overflowed the container into the brand new carpet in my new apartment! (I'll be calling for compensation in paying to have the spots treated.)
The beef dish was horribly salty! Even eating it in small bites were intolerable. The rice was, as always, delicious! All in all the money spent on this meal was pretty steep.

I haven't had teriyaki this good since my favorite teeny tiny mom & pop rice bowl joint in downtown Portland was forced to close. I chose Level 4 spicy (knowing it's turned down for the local demographic) and it's lovely. Heat and flavor, lingering but gentle burn. I'd personally consider this base recipe spicy, but I prefer to sweat a bit, so if you're like me, crank it up to 5 or have your sambal or chili oil nearby.

Love Koto's garlic chicken, Teriyaki chicken and avocado cucumber rolls.
Not the best fried rice by a long shot (bad aftertaste); their cucumber/avocado rolls were also better when they were cutting up the cucumbers more. The last two times they were very large chunks rather than strands.
