Awful. I ordered an arepa with shredded beef, using one of the promotions I received I ordered this at 10 PM. I get my food closer to 1140 and I texted the driver twice the apartment number but he left it at the front desk. When I finally see my food, the meat is beyond dry and old and the arepa is stale and dry. The cheese was also awful quality the guacamole I think, was fake or from a package. Then of course when I try to get my refund I’m not being given back the promo credit I used so not only did I not eat, but I was still dealing with DoorDash support at 12:15pm. All around awful experience. Such bad that I actually left a voicemail with the restaurant telling them they should just not fill an order if they’re not going to do a good job and send old stale food… don’t do it
