The boneless wings (my favorite sauce is buf-a-lou) are the best in Indy and consistent in quality whether ordered from Carmel or Broad Ripple. They are moist and just as good warmed up on Day 2, unlike wings from the well-known wing place down the street. Get them with the Gorgonzola dipping sauce, which is also great with crudites. I always pair the wings with the Caesar salad, which feeds 2-3 and is loaded with parmesan shavings and a creamy dressing.

I've had Lou Malnati's in a couple different Chicago suburbs and this one here in Carmel is much MUCH better because it's difficult to get the crust all the way done on a Deep Dish and they did it perfectly! No raw dough. #1 Best pizza I've ever had.

It's tastes great, but I had to mop up a pool of grease(?) off the top of the pizza. The cheese bread isn't worth $11 in my opinion. Though with the packaging it comes in, I understand the expense. I'd rather skip the presentation and save $3. It would survive the ride just fine in a paper bag. I'm sure I'll order from here again. It just missed the mark for 5 stars.

The pizza was undercooked, with liquid having soaked completely through the box by the time it was delivered. The large hunks of tomato on top appeared as if directly from a can. They This was a disappointment, as we had a previous order without problems.
