This was our first experience with this restaurant. Great food! Fast. Tasty! We also love their special sauce. SOOO much food. Huge portions.

I was honestly expecting it to look more like the picture. Instead, it seemed like they just threw some dry, chopped chicken on top of curly fries and lightly drizzled a small amount of sour cream and sauce over it. The ratio felt very off about 95% fries and chicken and only 5% sauce. Overall, it was much drier and less flavorful than advertised.

Not that great. Large portions but bland and flavorless with loads of oil. At these prices you could go to an actual restaurant with non processed junk.

I had the NORCAL BURRITO. It was tasty for two thirds of the time, but the fries weren't mixed in very well, so every other bite was just fries. Not consistent enough to warrant the hefty price tag.

Was not worth the $20+ per burrito.
Fries overtook every other ingredient and they (fries) were super dry.
Why is there no salsa offered with the food, or available to request. Some spicy verde salsa could have made this so much better, since fries were so dry.
