Just got my order. I didn't get the fries I paid for which was for my daughter. The coffees were obviously just thrown together in a rush. Barely any ice and all the caramel is at the bottom.

Took over an hour to prepare my meal. I order at 1:20pm an got my meal at 3pm? Very poor
