If you're looking for barbecue, give this place a shot!!
Utah barbecue is usually hit or miss, and I will say this place hits. They do a great job with their seasonings, and dont overpower the flavor of the meat with overly sweet rubs like a lot of places around here. The portions were really good for the price and made for more than one meal.
Im not sure when this place actually opened, I don't make it out west too often, but I think it's new... it was new to me and I will for sure be back.

Start with the good. The banna BANANA PUDDING was good. Is it something ill think about if I want sweet. Not likely.
BIRRIA TACOS are so small. It says wings in the name but mine didnt come with wings. Just chips. But when Isay these tacos are small. I mean miniture small. For $25, im a bit blown away by the portion.
FRIED PICKLES (12oz) salty and fried to the Saharan desert dry. Not edible at all. Leathery and just plane bad.

honestly you get a lot of food for what you're paying for!! The BANANA PUDDING and the HOT POTATO SALAD (GF) are so GOOD, i wish i could get a whole tub of them!!! and the ribs are pretty good as well. The mac and cheese was kind of bland and mediocre, but everything else was so goood. Probably one of the better bbq places in utah. Would recommend!!

The Southern Philly was tasty but a little small for the price IMO. Their take on au jus had a strange soy taste, however, it was not completely off-putting and the side of fries that came with it was large enough to split.

I have ordered from here multiple times and its usually a fav. The KEY LIME PIE pie is delicious though a little on the small side and the BANANA PUDDING is also fantastic. This time my WINGS came in with multiple feathers still attached. It was stomach turning and really disappointing.
