Our pizza is prepared in the classic old-world style—baked in our wood-stone, gas-fired oven on a stone hearth, using fresh, contemporary, gourmet ingredients. Our signature crust is hand tossed to produce a light and crispy bite and we offer two pizza sizes: 8″ and 16″. We use our famous homemade marinara sauce, basil pesto or garlic, and extra virgin olive oil, a generous layer of our whole milk mozzarella-provolone cheese blend and fresh toppings and ingredients.
