Dipping noodles. Thicker noodles with a side of broth for dipping (a mix of pork, fish, and chicken broth). Toppings include: chashu pork, green onion, bamboo shoots, nori seaweed.
Ramen w/o Broth Topped with chopped Chachu pork, Green onion, Mung bean sprout, Corn, Bamboo shoots, and *Onsen egg *Onsen egg: soft silk egg white and custard like yolk
Classic Japanese thick wheat flour noodle(Sanuki).
Served with rice.
