Called restaurant to inquire about status of order since DoorDash wasn't reporting that items had been picked up, (heavy volume night with bad storm traffic) Staff member was extremely responsive and professional, and offered to call into Door Dash to pursue requesting a new dasher. This was a very pleasant experience due to the restaurant taking ownership of an order I placed through a 3rd party which is very uncommon!
