I was very disappointed in it all the chips and salsa was the best part. I ordered a sampler platter appetizer that was all pilled on top of each other in a small container and the fried flautas and steak nachos were softer than the quesadilla no crunch to anything. did I say they put all of the items in the same container. Which was maybe a six inch by six inch with a tight lid so it steamed it all soft and melted together mess. my soup was a cup not shredded but whole boneless chicken thigh a spoon of rice a few beans and 2 small slices of avocado and eighth of a cup of broth and I paid $8 for that and $19 for simpler. I'm in the nursing home and don't do this very often and will probably never order from on the border again

I have been eating here for years and just found out that they have changed some items on their menu. I usually get Monterey Ranch Chicken Fajitas. Tonight it was clear the chicken was boiled and not grilled. No grill lines and not cut like traditional fajitas but in just big chunks of chicken. I normally can eat the whole thing but I ate maybe 3 chunks of chicken. My onions were not grilled. Just barely cooked. My husband's steak fajitas were way over cooked. The hot sauce is different but not bad. Overall, this change was not for the better. I won't be ordering my favorite fajitas any more.

The tortilla strips for the soup were unedible they were so stale. No spoon was included for the soup. The chicken in the soup was a big chunk instead of chopped into bite size. The chicken in the quesadilla tasted freezer burned, I didnt finish it. Lots of chips and salsa, though. I guess so you can get full on those instead of the food.

Grilled Chicken Bowl- i only had a few ingriedents. They forgot the avocado. Serving size is way too small for $15. The carne asada was mushy and not cooked, almost raw. What a waste of money. Very disappointed. Not looking for 5 star door dash but at least decent amount of food and cooked correctly.
