Excellent quality chicken, the best Pho and spring rolls is Ventura Co! They listened to my request perfectly. Love this place.

So the 20. Special sandwich bread to meat ratio is very off, as you can see, i asked for xtra pate and i would have accepted an extra charge, and the smoothie tho was A1 for size and flavor but D+ for how much boba given in consider to size of drinks as you can see the speck at the bottom, about 1/2 a cup for 36 ounces of lychee smoothie. Im not sure how others feel about this.

02. Pho RARE Filet Mignon was pretty average. Good amount of meat and noodles... probably like 3.5 except that the veggies, specifically the basil wasn't fresh. Had brown and black spots and spots where it was going bad. It appears they were packaged in the plastic bag, wet, a while ago. So that brings it down even more.
22. Grilled Pork sandwich was decent except I wish I had known it had pate on it. Also the packaging made the bread soggy instead of toasted. Probably a 3 or 3.5
pork spring roll (2) these were terrible. I couldn't even finish them. They tasted like they were made days ago. Not fresh at all... 1 star at best.

vegan steam bun ( 2) - I can't believe this is on the menu. Its inedible. Its hard as a rock, dry & the paper is completely stuck to the bottom. The outside tastes somewhat like a cake - almost as if someone accidentally set these buns next to a bday cake & the frosting transfered - pretty disgusting. This restaurant definitely served expired buns.
Veggie eggroll (2) - burnt but flavor wasn't bad
15. Pho Vegetarian - broth is actually very tasty!

There were literally two very thin slices of beef in my Pho. Will not support this business again. Have never had this minimal amount of beef in Pho.
