This sweet, brioche-like texture waffle is made of yeast leavened dough and is unevenly shaped. -It contains pearl sugar, which caramelises in high heat making it soft & doughy on the inside while caramelised on the outside. We only do Liege Waffle for takeaway for delivery. Tips if you have airfryer you can reheat the waffle into it 170 degrees celcius for about 3 minutes.
