I’m really disappointed with my recent order. There was barely any pizza sauce, which made both the pizza and breadsticks taste very dry. This actually happened once before, but we decided to give them another try, unfortunately, the same issue happened again. Consistency matters, and this experience just didn’t meet expectations. Hoping for better quality and attention to preparation in the future.

Hi, I’d like to request a full refund for my order. The cookie pie I received is severely burnt on the bottom and around the edges. As you can see in the photos, the entire bottom is black and charred, making it taste burnt and unpleasant to eat. This is not the quality I expected, and I’m very disappointed with the product. I’d appreciate a full refund. Thank you.

Normally I'm a huge Pizza Hut fan but this time it was off. We just ordered the same thing about a week ago and it was definitely different. It seems like they used a different type of pepperoni? The pepperonis were significantly smaller than they usually are and tasted off.

My pizza lacked toppings and they forgot the mushrooms, but it was still tasty. Pizza Hut crust is the best. The buffalo sauce on boneless wings was perfect.
