The pizzas were fine but Hawaiian was missing the onion that I asked and paid for....however, both the garlic bread and cheesy garlic bread were extremely disappointing. Been a regular customer of this store for years and their garlic breads were amazing once and oozing with garlic butter. Now I struggle to find any garlic on them, even after asking for HEAPS of extra garlic. Please pay attention to notes

We had a disappointing experience trying to navigate the app and having an incorrect order being billed. when realising the error both branches Sandy Bay and Moonah couldn't locate the order so we could not rectify the problem. staff members hung up multiple times at the Moonah branch, a simple note when the order arrived from the app could have been fixed on the spot. As a result I had a pork based pizza. I don't eat pork and my partner who is vegetarian went without.
