Hot, moist flavorful 1/2 Fire Grilled Chicken - With 2 Sides with wonderfully seasoned blackbeans, veggies, and rice. I added a side of the plantains, too delicious.
The Strawberry Lemonade was ok it's very strong

I was a bit disappointed in the way the tropical trio looked. Just 4 strips of steak. it was more presentable and filled the last time I ordered . I guess everything else was OK. I just think this time it lacked effort.

The bowls were threw together very sloppy. Only 6 small pieces of cubed chicken. Totally wasted my money this trip. Very disappointed because I love Pollo

The chicken was okay, as was the rice, but the french fries were overcooked and impossible to chew. They used to be pretty good, but that is sadly no longer the case.
I submitted a message with my concerns on their website, but never received a reply. I
advise choosing something else instead…

no chimichurri sauce. this the second time I ordered and I haven't received it. the food taste great tho. I wish they provided more steak.. it's just 3 stripes.
