Love their food! The customer service when you go into the store is amazing. Chicken is always crispy. The only feedback I would give is that you're able to double-order fries or rice but it doesn't give that option on Doordash (you're forced to click another side). I tried to call the store to let them know and the phone number doesn't work either (it's been like that for a couple of months now). Besides that everyone at work orders from here, the food is super tasty and it is a place I will continue to bring friends when they come in town.

Food was delicious. Just wish there was more food for $13. I was still hungry. 3 small tenders, fries, and slaw.

Tried Ponko in person yesterday, it was AMAZING! I recommend everything on the menu! It was so good, we are ordering it again today.
