Description of nasi kerabu: a blue colored rice served with fresh herbs, coconut shredded, salted egg and spiced sauce. Colored naturally with butterfly pea flower.
Description: a rice dish commonly served with roasted nuts, boiled egg, anchovies and cucumber. Rice distinctive taste comes from cooking the rice in coconut milk and pandan leaves.
Cooked with a with clarified butter and a mixture of a few types of spices. Commonly served with pickles, chili on the side and papadam.
