I received an ice drink instead of a brewed coffee. Both pastry orders were cancelled, and if I knew they were out of stock I would have ordered from somewhere else- ordering a single coffee from DoorDash is impractical. I would have appreciated a call to let me know of the out of stock items, then ask for either substitutions or to cancel my order. If there was confusion on brewed coffee or iced coffee, again I would have appreciated a call. The lack of communication was unfortunate.

My matcha latte literally still had clumps in it! Not very good at all even excluding that it wasn't made properly.
