Persian ice cream has been one of the best culinary discoveries in some time for me. And it began with Saffron and Rose. It is extraordinary. Favorites are Lavender, Jasmine, Ube, and their Pink Rose may be one of the best ice cream flavors I've found. If you like your ice cream rich and superfatted, this is the place to go.

The saffron ice cream was really great — super delicious and perfect in every way! I loved it so much. However, the mango scoop wasn’t good at all. It was icy and didn’t have a nice texture, so I didn’t enjoy it. I will definitely order the saffron ice cream again in the future, but not the mango.

I am offended by how good this ice cream is, it should come with a warning label bc it will shake you to the core. AMAZING
