This ' Fire 'N' Smoke' is one of my many favorites at Scotty's!
I love Cajun Sausage mediums spice and is so flavorful. The Head Chef Memo cooks everything to perfection! The owners Melissa and Ray along with the Head Waitress Terry are always inviting of customers. The restaurant is a happy sunshiny place. The Doughnuts made fresh daily are a big hit. If you have not tried Scotty's Restaurant, I would strongly recommend you do.

Dasher was great, restaurant wasnt. Ordered the Queen's, without mushrooms and sausage. Ordered the large portion too.. the Hash Browns that came with the order werent cooked throughly. They are white...they didnt give me a large portion at all, they separated my extra order of Hash Browns from my plate into a small to go box. The resaurant called me to say they didn't have any of the doughnuts I requested. So they wanted to cancel my order. Which I just asked for whatever they might have instead. She didnt say thankyou or goodbye. She just hung up on me.. great customer service right there. Scottys hasnt been great for a while. Their food isnt great. Hashbrowns were very oily and the eggs too.. couldnt eat it all.. ate half of the eggs, and tossed the rest. :l

I always order The Big Boy. The portion size is great, the taste is consistently the same, delicious, and the veggies in it are always fresh. And when you can get a Buttermilk Donut or an Apple Fritter , before they sell out, they are great.

Scotty's Scramble and Ay Caramba! were okay but not great. They are both more like an overcooked omelet than a scramble. The hashbrowns included with both were barely cooked and not very crispy.
Apple Fritter is huge and pretty good.

My first time ordering from here. The pastries were delish. BUT $8.00 for this bacon? What a disappointment. It was greasy and cold.
