Food here is consistently amazing. I've been ordering from Shawarma Lounge for a couple years now, and hadn't ordered recently. Their falafel platter is amazing. Large portions, delicious potatoes, salad and rice. Love the hummus and garlic sauce. The falafel tasted great and the pieces were large. Underrated compared to other shawarma spots in the city.

less sauce, it is dry rice and soggy fries and burnt chicken pieces which are so little that we are unsure it's chicken or beef. we have eaten better shawarma is all I can say.

It was good! Not amazing, but the flavours were interesting and different from other shawarma shops around the region.
I found the serving & quality of the chicken to be a little lacking. Our Chicken Platters also did not come with any of the "thick" garlic sauce on the side, only the hummus (I'll blame the lack of clarity with online ordering). The potatoes & salad were good.
My husband really enjoyed the Chicken Shawarma Poutine - he said the gravy was very good.

The chicken was so incredibly dry. It felt old. The fries were so overcooked that chewing and swallowing it was so much work. Would not order again.

Very disappointed. We ordered from here a couple weeks ago (see previous review), and there were a few issues - but overall the food was good. We wanted to give them another chance!
This week was so bad. On Monday, we ordered dinner, the restaurant never accepted the order which was inconvienient. We figured it was just a fluke, so we tried again later in the week and ordered successfully. The portions were better than our previous order, but the Chicken & Rice were SO dry and tastless. And again, we were missing sauces that we asked for. I really want to like this place but there are too many issues to ignore.
