Cambodian Black Pepper Beef Lok Lac (Sliced Steak)
Cambodian beef sticks are always sooo good. Reminds me of TLC new years. Papaya salad is tasty and the right amount of spice!! So far I feel like they give such a good amount of food for the price + delicious!!! (And sometimes i think extra) So I think its a win/win.

Anyone who loves good food, not just likes, but loves, should give this place a try.
Chef Kit cooks food as he would like it made for him. Lots of high-quality protein, very fresh veggies that are cooked just right and plenty of “SAWCE”!
I particularly love the Viet shaking beef and beef lol lac, Vietnamese sticky wings, Lao sausage, cashew pineapple stirfry, Lao sausage fried rice, pad Thai, Salmon, and pho.
There’s not a bland dish on the menu and he can modify many dishes to vegan and gluten-free needs.
He has papaya salad to suit every taste: Lao, extra funky Lao, dark style with crab, and refreshing Thai style without the fermented fish sauce (my favorite).
He even manufactures and bottles the best rated papaya salad sauce and distributes all over the West Coast.
He is a growing business with a dining room that’s still under construction but currently has seating for 24. He’s got the good vibes music Now and friendly customers around who love to share their food stories.
This is my foodie paradise. I have found my people. :-)

I order the papaya salad every week. I love the Thai style and am OK with the loa lite dark style. I tired the lichen kawaii today and love the big chunks of pork belly. Thank you. I finally found some decent pork belly. I had lichen kawaii from fil cuisine, and it was nasty, to say the least. Uncooked pork fat and hardly any meat. The portion size of the food and price is decent. My go-to for good papaya salad and lichen kawaii. I haven't tried anything else yet but will in the future.

Kiet has so much passion for the food he puts out. He only sells food made the way he would want to eat it. The protein portions are as good as it gets. He makes several sauces in house that are out of this world with flavor including papaya salad dressing, Jeow mac Len, Jeow som, and garlic lime dip which goes excellent on the housemade lao sausages. He just started selling curries and the meat and veggie portions are better than others in this area.
Be patient, much of the food is made to order, and when multiple orders come in at once the kitchen can slow down, but the food is worth the wait.
