I love this place, the tenders are cooked perfectly and the fries are done just right. Normally I would have no complaints but it seems as of recent the tenders have been a little on the smaller side. However, the sauces and overall taste will keep me ordering again and again.

Chicken Katsu salad was excellent. Chicken stayed crispy and salad ingredients were fresh. Truffle fries had good flavor but were super soggy.. air vents on the packaging could have prevented that.

awful. food arrived at room temp. wings were beyond tiny. "boneless" wings were tiny little nuggets that are miniature compared to a McDonald's nugget. bone in were also micro size. sauces all tasted the same and fries were soggy.

Chicken was a little too greasy and slaw was a little too wilted and healthy tasting. But overall good and they give you a good amount for the price.

Nashville Hot Tender came cold and Truffle Fries came soggy and cold, even though delivery took less than 10min. Crispy chicken on the Green Goddess Cobb Salad was stale. This Starbird location clearly does not make fresh food for orders, so recommend avoiding. Other Starbird locations have delivered hot, fresh food.
