This is hands down my favorite local ice cream place.
I'm seriously addicted! Their Earl grey vanilla is the best soft serve I've had in my life. I love all their unique flavors and toppings, and their beverage options are great as well like the mystic fog.You really cant go wrong with this place. Highly recommend!!

Forgot whipped cream and cookie dough bites. I don't know if they couldn't add to the MAKO - Make Your Own Mason Jar. Would order again. Ice cream was better than others I've had though. Good amount of ice cream as well. Only added two of the things I ordered which were lucky charms and gummy bears. Gummy bears did not get too hard.

Second time ordering from here. First time, ingo s Mango Bubble Tea and the Earl gray / Thai ice tea desert and they were great. This time, instead of a mango bubble tea, I got lightly mango flavored water with a clump of bubbles on the bottom. Of course, even if they made it correctly, I would not have been able to drink it since they didn't include a straw (or a spoon for the ice cream).

They do not package straws when you order and the quality is inconsistent. How can a customer drink a beverage without straws especially bubble tea. The flavors are ok but the service with delivery is terrible, you must request for straws and spoons instead of packaging it with the order. The portions have decreased in size and the prices have gone up with no improvement to the quality and flavor since last year. I would only order again if everything else is closed and have no other options.

The Dubai - Strawberry is not worth 16 dollars and is just strawberries with some chocolate drizzle . The cups were barely drizzled with chocolate. Zero Dubai paste and sprinkled with a little of the dry crunch. Do not waste your money.
The cookie was also not worth it. Almost six dollars for a dry clump.
We were surprised at this. Spend your money elsewhere. Will not order here again.
