Delicious nachos with fresh guacamole. I am a Mexican food snob- I grew up in San Diego, CA, and this has become one of my favorite Mexican places.

Whether in person or delivered to our doorstep, Taco Libre never disappoints. Yet, I would recommend dining in to experience their incredible staff/service. Every item we have tried off of their menu has been a meal we would definitely order again from the tacos, to the fresh salads (I recommend the Baja), quesadillas (surf and turf), to their bowls.
Items we order without fail are their Bean Dip, Cheese Dip, Kids Grilled Chicken - Taco Libre has quickly become a staple our family looks forward to every week.

Ordered takeout for a lazy Sunday at home. Very disappointed in this restaurant, despite all the reviews! Order (2) West Coast Burritos cheese wasn’t even melted, hardly any pico and missing sour cream. Picture shows online with rice and beans on the inside of the burritos neither. Steak quesadillas were okay. This isn’t an authentic Mexican restaurant. Churros didn’t have enough sugar and cinnamon. Only good thing was the beans, rice, horchata.

Two taco plate with rice and beans for lunch is fantastic for a hearty, cheap, and authentic Mexican-American meal. Would be 5 stars if they updated their online menu with the lunch specials/new items.

Ordered the Fajita Libre. The carnitas and chicken were tough and all the proteins lacked seasoning. Requested no sour cream or refried beans, but got loads of them. Our Jamaica water was missing. Overall, very disappointing.
