Tasty Sizzling Mongolian Noodles with their suggestion of noodle. Very good fried tofu and flavor, consistency perfect, veggies were fresh and crunchy.

The portion and packaging was good. But I expected the Sizzling Mongolian Noodles to be more like Lo mein. It was not. And the sauce is still pretty spicy even at the 1 star level. I guess there is no mild option. Maybe I will try a different dish another time.

The Creamy Peanut Noodles had to have some of the best peanut sauce I have had in Seattle. was perfectly creamy, with the exact right amount of spice.he noodles were cooked to perfection and the veggies were delightfully crunchy still.
the Pork Egg Rolls were delicious and well balanced. a good crunch on the outside, tender and perfectly cooked on the inside.
I am DEFINITELY getting food from here again.

Chow fun noodles were dry and white, flavorless and underseasoned with no sauce in the dish. All the noodles were sticking together, and it tasted nothing like the classic beef chow fun dish, just steamed noodles. Drunken noodles were better, there was a sauce and it tasted as expected but layers of noodles were also clumped together. I was hoping they'd actually be wok-flamed based on the menu but there's zero sign of wokhei. Expected more from a specialty noodle store at this price point.
