the food overally was delicious but beef kebab and chicken kebab burned.

My '250ml tabouli' did not need to packed in a 250ml container. It could have been packed in a sauce container. 3 of the 4 items was not a full container worth. They used to have good quantities, but its get smaller with each order.

Food tasted expired.. the mince lamb was over cooked & dry, the rice was poorly made & not tasty.. they used to be the best Persian I'd order but now some orders are even missing. Such a shame

All you see is melted materials with bad taste, overloaded with meat that you don't see anything else, even eggplant half cooked, I had this food in very delicious Persian restaurants but what you offered was a complete disaster n disappointment. Not recommended n I won't order with this restaurant.

The meat is boiled and not acceptable as kebab. I can't eat it
