The masala is the heart of Thalassery biriyani.

Slowly simmering beef in a soulful sauce and rice cooke…
Almost always, very good quantity and fingerlickin' delicious - absolute value for money!
Beef fry is my favourite. And bucket biriyani but today, i tried both Maharaja/rani biriyanis and i am blown away! If I am not mistaken, raja is chilli chicken and rani, manchurian or ginger/garlic chicken, with sumptuous pieces of chicken, and biriyani rice for both is the special ghee variant (sinfully delicious), and both comes with salad, pickle and pappadam, no egg. Bucket biriyani comes with egg, 4 pieces of tandoori wings, the regular but equally yummylicious non-ghee variant rice, pappadam, salad and pickle. Bucket in mini-tumblers and all others in regular boxes.
Overall, the best for Kerala cuisine! This team knows good food for valuable price!

Honesty the chicken biryani was freshly cooked, not dry, lots of flavorful chicken pieces and the tandori chicken was equally impressive!! My first time ordering and I am still going back to my kitchen adding more helpings on my plate!!! Super delicious, great chef :)

I tried it for the first time. The quantity was okay. But the taste is not like Kerala biryani. North Indian touch.. The aroma and taste is similar to the taste of chaat masala. Even though it was a bucket biryani, I got only four small chicken pieces. The quantity is not look like bucket biriyani.

The CHICKEN BUCKET BIRIYANI was mind-blowing, amazing homely taste and wholesome quantity(can make for two meals). The fried chicken pieces was a real surprise. Most recommended.

CHICKEN BUCKET BIRIYANI was not as we see in picture. this is some plain rice/pulao or something. i cannot call this a biryani. size is good. the sides you gave is also very nice. but the rice is not properly cooked. I ordered near closing time. a small note or a call would've solved th issue, if you didnt had biryani rice. you have to inform people and communicate for a better service.
