The oreo and black forest cupcakes were so dry. They crumbled and were stuck to the paper. So, was left with topping and crumbs. Whereas the Belgian and caramel cupcakes were moist. Although the caramel cupcake frosting and Toppings did not compliment the cake part.

Didn't have pistachio so instead of calling and asking what replacement I want they sent me chocolate which I'm allergic to. They would only offer a discount and not a refund which is poor. The whole experience was poor

I've never had to question the freshness of the cheesecake shop, however receiving 2 frozen solid Cookies Twin Pack, and 2 frozen lamingtons, now I am! Why would you need to freeze cookies? As always, everything tastes great but I'd prefer non frozen food please
