The cupcake in itself is VERY mediocre, I promise you a five year old can make better cupcake. The frosting isn't even butterscotch, it's something I'd get at Kroger/Meijer I give it a 4/10 the cupcake isn't the worst thing definitely not the best. The frosting is the worse thing NEVER ORDERING AGAIN :)
