Flavoring and baking time is perfect, but about 1/3 of the flat wings have broken bones and all wings are a dark red color inside. Don't see this at any other wing place. The chef is doing perfectly, but their meat supplier sucks.

The dessert was missing half of the ingredients listed on the menu, and one of the ranch cups was open inside the bag. Ranch dressing was dripping off of every box. The wings themselves were not very good at all. The fries were soggy, limp, and some were burnt.

Tonight was probably an anomaly, but I did have two major complaints. I snagged the COOKIE ZOOKIE and the ASPHALT PIE and they're both normally awesome, but tonight they were awful. The COOKIE ZOOKIE tasted like old vegetable oil. The ASPHALT PIE had these oreo pieces that were super old and stale. We were celebrating my wife's birthday and literally the whole family tried the desserts and we all were grossed out. It's really unfortunate 'cause she's a huge Winger's fan. I've never been super impressed but it is her favorite. Naturally had to bring it home for her birthday, but man, what a disappointment today. I'm not trying to lambast them. I'm just hoping they can chuck whatever old vegetable oil was tainting the COOKIE ZOOKIE taste and definitely chuck the nasty stale oreos or whatever gave them they're funky taste on the ASPHALT PIE.

Usually I give this restaurant five stars. They're always excellent. However, today it seems my meal was put in the warmer for a very very long time. The rice is so dry that it's stuck together and even the sauce is not breaking it up or softening it. The chicken is also very dry. I asked for sticky finger chicken and sauce and I got just teriyaki sauce. Not super impressed. Will eat here again though based on my other experiences.

The food was disgusting and soggy. The restaurant missed items, I paid for and the large coleslaw side literally tasted and smelled rotten.
