"Always excellent! Cannot recommend this place highly enough. Best Latin cuisine Abilene has to offer. Their pupusas are delicious (try the loroco - they're different, but wonderful!), shrimp tacos are huge, and the enchiladas are full of flavor. I'm not even a huge fan of beef enchiladas but tried these and was impressed. The horchata is great, and you can't go wrong with their breakfast, either! They have arguably the best breakfast burritos in Abilene, and the Salvadoran breakfast is a treat. Huge portions, great quality, and definitely worth the money."

The papusas were cooked perfectly and well seasoned. 3 is plenty to fill you up but it includes nicaraguan slaw and rice and black beans also. "Audry did great to contact me when she arrived at my work. When she handed me the bag it felt pretty light and was fairly small to be a pizza. She explained they are not allowed to open the bag but was concerned that it was not correct. I opened the bag and found 4 pieces of asparagus. I called Cork & Pig and exlained to Crystal the manager what had happened. She apologized and had another manager bring me the pizza I ordered + beignets. The pizza (vegetable) was so fabulous! Today,my wife really enjoyed her omelette, but I had some truly horrible pancakes.The banana oatmeal pancakes had zero banana flavor and were so tough that I almost needed a steak knife to cut them, a fact that my wife noticed before I said anything. The fruit was a joke, with maybe a handful of blueberries, black berries, and maybe one cut up strawberry for $6.00, and my wife and I both ordered fruit as a side. The only thing good about my meal was the bacon, which was nearly perfect.
I know that everyone has different tastes, but tough, dry pancakes and barely any fruit for what they charge is not acceptable."
