The bread tastes nothing like a pretzel, it's more of a brioche, and these are only about 2 inches in size. The Hot Chocolate was great, but that is because of the additions I requested in it, definitely worth putting all the add ins allowable. They didn't have all the items that I ordered, luckily Doordash gave a refund for that, but not sure how a fast food place can't just make more of the item."

I always get the V1. Vermicelli salad bowl Phoenix Special with adjustments. All of their milk teas are delicious (the only two I can't vouch for are coconut and mango but that would be a personal preference), their coffee is great. I think you would really enjoy this place if you gave it a shot. (If you are allergic or sensitive to gluten call ahead and check what options you have but I've only had issues twice by my own fault out of the countless times I've ordered from here and I am so pleased with this restaurant)!!"
