The bacon, even if you don't like it crispy, was limp. Funnily enough, each time, even significant time in the microwave has not remedied the issues, which makes me wonder what I'm eating.

I contacted the store, the owner answered and agreed to have the french toast ready for me to pick up. He added two additional pieces of french toast as well as a future free meal to correct the mistake. I was pleasantly surprised by this extra effort. The fiesta skillet was perfectly prepared and tasted great, that alone made the meal great and will make me a repeat customer. the cinnamon swirl french toast was an even better ending to an already great breakfast. The two pieces is the right portion to complete the meal, but the additional two pieces allowed me to have a full meal leftover for my Monday morning breakfast! The food was excellent with a great portion size and taste for the price, and the service and care of the Owner and staff to correct the mistake of missing the upgraded French toast has confirmed the high quality and care of the Owner, restaurant and staff, that will make me a returning customer for sure. I would order this again, I think the mushrooms do a lot for the sandwich. The portion size is good. I usually eat half (midnight order) and eat the other half next day. Leftovers are still good next day!! The drinks here do come kinda sketchy and uncovered, was not a fan of the fuze raspberry tea but might just be a personal preference regarding the corn syrup flavor. I wish they had just plain Ice tea they make in house! I also do think wrapping the drinks in plastic wrap would be beneficial for customer satisfaction!"

Husband said that the Monte Cristo wasn't great. Chips were under seasoned and didn't taste very fresh (again could be delivery there). The bread was just plain toasted white bread, so it was mushy and soggy (a heartier bread would have been better). He said it was just like a regular ham and cheese sandwich, but the strawberry sauce was good.
There's nothing "Creole" about the Creole Gumbo. The soup base is definitely from a package/can, it had chunks of tomato (sacrilege) in it and the only redeeming quality was the chicken and sausage which tasted fresh and was quite good. I am Cajun myself so have high gumbo standards...but they do call it "Creole" and they honestly shouldnt. This was just awful. They also charged me for oysters and crawfish that I added, but they forgot them and the serving size was terrible (pictured) for the price/quality.
The Fried Green Benedict was not as advertised & contained no "fried" green tomatoes, just regular sliced green tomatoes (pictured). The home fries were underseasoned and basic, the hollandaise was very vinegar heavy, as they used either white vinegar or apple cider vinegar to make it, which was super overpowering.. otherwise consistency was good. Typically hollandaise has lemon juice... so perhaps just not for me. So it would be good if you love very vinegar heavy hollandaise. The ham was not shaved as pictured on doordash, but in big dry ham steak chunks (see delivery pics), which made it harder to eat. The eggs were poached perfectly and the only enjoyable part.
