They lose a star because, as you can see in the photo, they wrap the Coffee large with a plastic wrap and shove it in the bag without any stability. The coffee spilled all over the bag, on the wrapped sandwich and brownie.

The first time I ordered they put my mozzarella sticks in the same container as my cupcake pancakes which makes zero sense because who in their right mind would enjoy mozzarella sticks with ICING all over them or pancakes with mozzarella crumbs stuck to them??? This time around I ordered the same thing but told support to make sure to tell them place my items in different containers to avoid what happened last time. So they did right. I open the cupcake pancakes and surprise surprise, just four dry pancakes with no icing no whipped cream nothing. At this point it's purposeful because this makes zero sense these are not difficult food items to make so why can't they get it right? Yea never again."
