"Normally Ihop is really good. But this time . not so much. The hash browns tasted like dirty grease, the scrambled eggs nor the waffles were not done. Eggs were still runny and the waffles were cold and flat. I know it was 8:30pm. But they are open late. This is a pricey meal to have to cook it and throw part of it in the trash. Hopefully it will be better next time."
