"Cheesesteak was excellent, But the cheap wrapper that they decided to use is horrible. It arrives piping hot and you're excited to get it out, but the moment you unwrap it, it looks like it's in sort of a tinfoil wrapped but the inside is actually a thin paper that disintegrates against the hot cheese and get stuck all in the cheese and onions in your entire sandwich and then you get to spend at least 3 minutes trying to untangle it without eating the paper that's now falling apart and stuck all over your cheesesteak that you just spent $12.00 on. The fries are good too, but you don't get as much as you think you're gonna get for $8.00 french fries. We ordered sandwiches, sides and desserts from Neighbors & Friends today and WOW - this was hands-down the best lunch delivery we've ever had in Pasadena. From the ultra-fresh cibata bread to the pickled red onions, savory spread and clearly-gourmet meats to the vegan cheesecake that tasted better than the "real" thing, every item exceeded expectations. These sandwiches are BIG - I'll be having my other half tomorrow - and the sides! Oh, the sides!!! The potato salad was boldly-seasoned and creamy, with potatoes that absolutely melted in your mouth. We fought each other for the extra pasta salad, which was bright with fresh-cut veggies. This is our new #1 choice!

"Roasted Chick Sandwich was more of an arugula sandwich, i was looking forward to tasting the mango lemon jam which was barely any on either sandwich and the chicken was about a spoonful on each sandwich if that. Sandwiches were very dry and bland. We tried these for the B1G1 but ended up with bad quality sandwiches. We will continue to order in the future but never this item again."
