The raspberry crumb cake left is sticky and disappointed. It was stale and tasted odd...like a Yankees candle. The Potato Croquettes with Chipotle Mayo did not come with chipotle mayo or ranch as described. Eggplant was good. We will not be back. Go to the Sparta location and dine in. Andover hasn't a clue on how to do take out or chicken salad or crumb cake."

"First of all my DoorDash driver was fantastic and quick. The only thing I need to complain about is the FRESHNESS of the food. My whopper bun crumbled apart like breadcrumbs from the store. The buns were just completely old and should not have been put on any fresh hamburger/sandwich. My large french fry order was only half full and they were cold and soggy. The trip from Burger King to my house is very short so there is no way that is the cause. I'm sure everyone is working hard at Burger King to do right, but someone needs to be on top of these kinds of issues so that when you pay $60 for three sandwiches and a couple of drinks your meal is at least fresh. And of course I will go back there because I do like Burger King, but hopefully someone reads this and rectifies the problem. I only gave it 2 stars because I dont blame the young foks working with what they have to work with. Otherwise, it was a 1 star event (if not less). Thank you. "

I've gotten the Beef Gyro in the restaurant and they give fries, so why not when ordering to go?? Weird. The burger was good enough according to my son, but it wasn't very warm. An obvious easy answer to this would be for the diner to wrap the burger prior to putting it in the styrofoam box. But they didn't. They just put it in there with the fires. Not a big deal but my son said the burger was mid. The Soda was the biggest issue for me. The listing said a can of soda for $3.50. Instead they sent us soda w ice in paper coffee cups, w the ice taking up so much space in such a small cup, that is equivalent to about 1/4 of a can of soda. For $3.50. Just generally disappointing."
