"Extremely disappointed. I choose the 2 meats option (ribs and brisket) and two sides. Received a phone call after my order that they were out of ribs, why oh why would a barbeque joint be out of ribs when they advertise them hard? "Husband did not get his sides for the RIB PLATTER but at least the ribs were a decent size & he said they were good. All in all I'd say the entrées were good, the sides we did receive could use some work, as could the packaging but there's no way to know if the order shifted in transit or if it was packaged poorly by the restaurant."

The hot boneless wings (which were just tenders, so I'm not sure why tenders are a separate menu section) were bland, arrived lukewarm at best, and relied heavily on the sauce, which is fine I suppose. The hot wings, however, were awful. They tasted like they were boiled, then fried, then left out. They arrived room temp and floppy. They taste off like they're freezerburned or beyond their expiration date. You could tell they weren't freshly fried because there was no rigidity or crispiness to the skin.
