I base this from a previous time when I ordered a half gallon of coffee and the DoorDash driver messaged me to apologize for the delay but explained that they gave her a 3/4th full jug and she made them make more so that I actually received all of the $30 amount that I paid for (an awesome gesture from her that I really appreciated.)
