"recently ordered the Buffalo pizza, and while it had some good points, my experience was disappointing overall. First, the pizza was cold when it arrived, which made it less enjoyable. On the plus side, they were generous with the chicken, which I appreciated, but there wasn’t enough buffalo sauce. I could barely taste it and ended up tasting more bread than anything else.
To add to the issues, I ordered a sweet tea and received unsweetened tea instead—not what I wanted. On top of that, I didn’t get the wings I ordered, which was frustrating. However, the garlic cheese bread was the one highlight of the order. It was flavorful and delivered exactly what I was hoping for.
Overall, while there were some positives, the experience left a lot to be desired.

It was chewy as if it had been over cooked. The portion was amazing though, so you definitely get every bang for your buck. I have to say I have a love-hate for the meal.
I also order two garlic knots but was sent 3 knots of bread with no garlic at all. Now I will say the knots were nice and soft--just missing the garlic. I don't know if they ran out of garlic butter or just forgot, but it seemed they tried to make up for it by giving a third bread knot.
Overall, I am a little disappointed about my meal but I am also grateful I gave this restaurant a try. I am not from Texas but if I come back into the area, I'll be sure to give the pizza a try."

"pizza was barely warm and was soggy. We've eaten in store multiple times and it's always crisp and hot. The company I work for ordered delivery once and it was hot and crisp. This was exceptionally disappointing especially since I have company in town and thought they would enjoy it but instead waited over an hour and a half and then for it to be basically room temperature. Will order from Wise Guys going forward it is a different type of pizza but equally good (better when delivered) and cheaper for the amount you get."
