"The food from this location was SOOOOO GOOD! The food was still warm upon arrival. The Deluxe McCrispy™ was stacked! I forgot to add cheese when I placed the order, but it was still SUPERB!

The Vanilla Shake was also packed separately, therefore arrived, still THICK & COLD, of which I was AMAZED!

The buffalo sauce was good. The portion sizes weren't terrible either. They just need to work on flavor. I don't think I would order here again though. Today, I did not taste a chicken sandwich. My sandwich was an under-quantity of over-processed meat with poor flavor liquid inside, and bread crumb covering was heavy and hard and soaked in poor tasting oil.
Mozzarella sticks tasted like hard bread crumb sticks soaked in the same poor tasting oil as my sandwich. I couldn't taste the mozzarella because the sticks were not filled completely with cheese, but rather a sliver of cheese. "I ordered the honey bun bacon burger with fries and a side order of garlic butter shrimp. The Honey Bun Bacon Cheese Burger was great. Meat was fresh and bacon was crispy and tasty. Fries were hot and crispy. I do have a small complaint about the 12 ct. Garlic Shrimp. First of all, it was a mess. There was so much garlic butter that it leaked over everything in the bag, which could have been how the dasher handled it but whatever. The garlic butter sauce had no flavor to it at all. However, I added a little salt and problem solved. The shrimp were a nice size and fresh as well. Overall, I would order from them again. The shrimp was so messy that I couldnt get a pic of it. "

"I ordered the vegetarian stir fry which is pretty good, when made right. My sandwhich was made and wrapped sloppy, it arrived with the contents falling out. It was a whole sub, and half wasn't even cut in the middle of the bread. It looked like whoever made it was new or in a rush because a skinny piece of my bread was shaved off and my contents were thrown on top of the bread like a piece of toast. Lastly, I found morsels of steak on my vegetarian sandwhich, which is not the first time this has happened. I understand there's cross contamination, but the cook should make it a priority to make sure there's no meat in the sandwhich. After the last few times, I got the ingredients to make it myself at home, but I was tired, and baldinos bread is usually much softer than the stores, so I ordered in. Will not be doing again. They'd treat me with more respect if I go in and watch them make my sandwhich."

"The broccoli and the ribs were criminally underseasoned. They couldn't be bothered to add enough salt to make it palatable. The 4-bone "half-rack" of ribs seemed much closer to a 1/3 rack in size and the Texas rub is apparently flavorless. The only redeeming thing about the entire meal was the cheddar jalapeno smoked sausage, and it had the audacity to be cold on arrival. If you want decent ribs, Applebee's does a much better job (better seasoned and more tender) AND the food is less expensive. I had their ribs last night and I would much rather have had them again tonight than this poor excuse for a meal. Never again, Chili's. Don't ever sing about your baby back ribs again."
