"I had my bonsai and cob of salad delivered to my home. The salad was fine, but the covering around the bonsai hamburger has a top layer of paper then something else then the foil which had melted in to the actual hamburger I took a bite and found paper and foil in my mouth, and then thinking that was odd just went ahead and took a second bite only to deal with more of the paper product for wrapping the hamburger which had melted into the burger. It could be the longer drive from red Robin down to Canby, Oregon, but it was a shame after spending $21 for a hamburger and fries. I was able to heat the fries back up in my microwave and salvage some of the hamburger that the wrapping didn't ruin. Suggesting they find a better wrap that can survive the journey to people's homes without ruining their food. I generally like red Robin a lot, this was just an unfortunate experience!"

First there was no napkins or utensils which are almost always included with delivery meals. Then there was not enough Hollindaise sauce to cover the eggs. A big complaint is that the egg yolks were hard. Eggs Benedict are supposed to be served with runny yolks.
